¶ Account Time Dilation
Time unfolds uniquely here at SE, where every real-world month corresponds to a year passing in-game. This accelerated pace offers you the player an opportunity to acquire classic yearly veteran rewards more swiftly than the traditional yearly wait.
¶ New Player Guide & Young Player Status
We are using New Haven as our new player grounds. Out in the fields of old Haven you will find an LRC suit quest but that's just the start. Behind the bank is a cave entrance which will take you to the training hall and new player dungeon. More details on the new player guide can found here.
By default all new accounts are gifted with a “Young Player” status which provides a comfortable learning experience while mastering the game's fundamentals and aids in getting acclimated to the game. This can be disabled in advance for veterans whom are looking for a challenge. More information on this status and grace period can be found here.
¶ Different Skill Systems: Skill Stones, Soul Stones, and Mythic Tokens
The 1080 skill cap wasn't just a random choice; it was carefully implemented to foster a balanced environment. This cap also paves the way for exciting customizations like our Skill Save & Quick Load Feature, adding depth and versatility to gameplay. To learn more, click here.

¶ New Houses
Houses in the game world serve as crucial sanctuaries for your character, providing a place to rest, store equipment, and even add a personal touch. These spaces offer a unique opportunity for customization, allowing you to tailor them to your liking.
Here at UOSE we have introduced castle size plots, a mall where you can view prebuilt award winning houses, and certain region controls that limit building until the account reaches a certain age. To learn more, please visit our House page.
¶ Quests & Storage Key Quests
Quests are tasks given to players to embark on various adventures within the game world. These missions are essential for advancing, gaining experience, and obtaining rewards. Prior to turning in a quest item, it must first be toggled into a quest item. This function is found by left clicking your character once and selecting “Toggle Quest Item" from the drop down menu.
On top of the seasonal quests, we have what's called Storage Key Quests. Storage keys are the reward and can be treated like a bag expansion except they are designed with a certain theme or crafts in mind. More details on this topic can be found here.
¶ SE Shard & Discord Rules

¶ Scripting - Razor Enhanced & Others
We do encourage scripting so long as it is not being used for resource gathering as this will help maintain a healthy economy. We also know that not everybody is a wizard in the arts but fear not, we are here to help. Head on over to our discord server and send out a help request to our Scripting channel and one of our wizards will be with you shortly.
