- House Cap: 2 per account (can donate for +2 more for a total of 4 per account)
- Houses take 6 months without any activity to collapse. It will go through several stages of decay which can be seen by hovering your mouse over the house sign.
- Cellar deeds allow for an additional level to be added to your house.
- Custom house foundations go up to castle size now 32 x 32!
- House placement tool offers a wide range of past award winning houses that you might not have seen in past play throughs. There is also a mall setup where you can walk through each one of these premade castles located just North West of Luna Bank.
- Custom 30 day account age zoning restrictions are in place. Translations: More housing locations become available after your 30th day. Only Luna inner circle is currently setup with this region control.
